The IEBWA is going to Lexington Kentucky for the WEG!

It's official!
After making the decision nearly two years ago, the IEBWA
is heading to the World Equestrian Games in September!
We've presented at the Equine Affiare, and smaller venues Internationally but the IEBWA has been looking for a larger venue to showcase our Association and it was decided that the WEG
would be the perfect location.
The 2010 Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games will be held
Sept 25th - Oct 10th 2010
at the Kentucky Horse Park, in Lexington Kentucky, USA.
The IEBWA will be located in the
Equine Village in space # 17
Now that the fees have been paid and our booth reserved, we're now beginning to organize
the staffing of the booth, which will include both setup (two days before the opening) and tear down (the day after).
The WEG Committe:
Staffing & Booth Coordinator is:
Ruth Mitchell- Golladay (USA)
WEG Coordinator/Liason:
Deborah Adams (USA)
Those IEBWA members that are interested in helping to staff our booth
please contact Ruth Mitchell-Golladay.
Please note: Due to the high security at the WEG
all interested booth volunteers MUST
register ahead of time!
The deadline is in a few weeks and the WEG must have our staff names on file, no exceptions.
We have also learned that all WEG event tickets must be purchased in advance as
no tickets will be sold at the gate!
So, order early!
This is an exciting time for the IEBWA as this event will highlight
all of it's International Divisions, tell the world who we are,
and what we bring to the equine world.
More info to come.
See you there!
